Jen reviews how your practice runs behind the scenes, from inquiry routing and client matching to scheduling, billing, payroll, timesheets, onboarding, policies, and office space.
You get a prioritized systems roadmap and a 60-minute walkthrough call, plus an optional template kit with the trackers we use at The Therapy Group.
How the 1:1 Consulting Package works

Before we meet
You complete an intake questionnaire and share key numbers like caseload, fees, payroll, and referral sources, so your first session starts with strategy, not fact-finding.

Session 1 (2 hours)
A deep dive into your goals, your finances, and where you feel stuck, so we can decide together what to focus on.

Sessions 2 and 3 (90 minutes each)
Focused work on what matters most for your practice right now: hiring, leadership, fees, marketing, or operations.

Session 4 (1 hour) and your action plan
We pull everything together into a 90-day roadmap, and you leave with a written action plan you can keep coming back to. Sessions are used within 4 months.

The Strategy Session is one focused 90-minute call for a specific decision. The 1:1 Consulting Package is 6 hours across 4 sessions for a bigger shift in how your practice runs. The Full Practice Overhaul adds a Website Audit and a Systems Audit to the 1:1 Package.

Yes. Em and Jen are both on every Strategy Session, 1:1 session, and Ongoing Support call. The Systems Audit and Website Audit is led by Jen.

Not yet, but you do need to be building one. We work exclusively with therapists who are ready to start a group practice and owners who already run one. If you plan to stay in individual practice, our consulting isn’t the right fit.

Yes. Sessions are held virtually, so you can work with us from anywhere.

Yes. The 1:1 Consulting Package and the Full Practice Overhaul can be split into installments. We’ll go over options on your consult call.

1:1 sessions are used within 4 months of your first session, which gives you time to put each step into practice between calls.

Yes. The Website Audit and Systems Audit can be added to any package at any time, or booked on their own. Ask about pricing on your consult call.

Neither. It’s business consulting from two therapists who have built a multi-location group practice. It isn’t a substitute for your own therapy or for clinical supervision.
